At the completion of this class you will:
be knowledgeable about Reiki's origins, the Reiki principles, and regulations governing Reiki in various states and the District of Columbia;
have experienced Reiki energy connections (flow);
have learned hand positions for self-healing and healing others;
have participated in Reiki sessions; and
receive your Reiki I certificate.
Continue your Reiki journey and deepen your understanding with Usui Reiki II. Pre-requisite: Usui Reiki I.

have experienced the feel of the Reiki symbols in sessions and treatments;
have used the symbols individually and together in a variety of ways;
have learned Japanese Reiki techniques; and
receive your Reiki II certificate.
